We offer worldwide shipping to many countries. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, please email us at office@thelermonthupton.com for a quote.

Order Turnaround

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–5 business days of receiving them. This may take longer during sales or holidays.

  • In-stock items (home accessories, hooks, cards, prints): dispatched within 1–5 business days
  • Custom-made items (lighting, furniture): lead time is 4–8 weeks. Please email us for a shipping quote for custom-made pieces. 

 

Payment & Security

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

All transactions are securely processed and comply with PCI (Payment Card Industry) Data Security Standards.

 

Shipping Information

  • All orders are packed and dispatched from the United Kingdom.
  • UK orders are shipped via APC and Royal Mail.
  • International orders are shipped via FedEx and Royal Mail.
  • You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your parcel is dispatched.

Important:

  • We strongly recommend you track the parcel yourself through the courier’s website.
  • If you are unavailable for delivery, please reschedule directly with the courier. Undelivered parcels returned to us will incur a redelivery fee.
  • Please ensure your delivery address is correct. We can’t be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.

 

Damaged Items

We pack everything carefully, but if something arrives damaged:

  1. Email us immediately at office@thelermonthupton.com
  2. Keep all packaging and the damaged item
  3. We'll advise on next steps and arrange a replacement or refund

Please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We’re unable to accept claims for damage after this time.

 

Stock Availability

If an item is out of stock or delayed, we’ll contact you as soon as possible with a revised delivery time, a suggested alternative, or a full refund.

Shipping rates are based on destination and order value.
Furniture and other large items are not included in the rates below — please email us for a quote.

United Kingdom

  • Mainland UK (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland): £6.50
  • Free shipping on orders over £70
  • Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey: £18.00
    Note: Jersey orders over £135 (including delivery) may be subject to GST.

United States

  • $26.00 to $28.00
  • No duties or taxes — we cover these for US customers

Delivery time: 1–3 business days

 

Europe

  • Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Netherlands: €17.95 – €19.95 (approx. £15)
  • Austria, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, etc.: €25.95 – €27.95 (approx. £22)
  • Greece: €27.95 – €29.95 (approx. £23)
  • Norway, Switzerland, Liechtenstein: €40.95 – €42.95 (approx. £35)
  • No duties or taxes — we cover these for EU customers

Delivery time: 7–14 business days

 

Rest of the World

  • Canada: £22.00
  • Australia, New Zealand, China, Japan, Singapore, UAE, etc.: £75.00
