A message about Covid-19

We remain open and are shipping out orders during Covid-19. We aim to dispatch as quickly as possible but there may be some short delays, which we hope you understand. If you need any help or have questions please contact us office@thelermonthupton.com

Delivery information

We use a trackable service for our deliveries and will email you the courier’s tracking number.

Whilst the courier will generally inform you of the progress of your parcel we strongly recommend you track the parcel yourself through the courier’s website.

If you are not available to receive your scheduled delivery please arrange a more convenient time with the courier. If the courier is unable to deliver your package it will be returned to us. We will then need to charge you to ship it out to you again, so please do make sure this doesn’t happen.

Please ensure your delivery address details are correct as we cannot be held responsible for any resulting delivery delays or undelivered parcels.

If your parcel does not arrive when it is expected please contact us at office@thelermonthupton.com as soon as possible.

Breakages

We pack our products securely to avoid damage and breakages. In the unlikely event that this happens please email us immediately at office@thelermonthupton.com

Please don’t throw the item or packaging away so we can advise what is to be done. We can then arrange a replacement or refund.

If after 7 days of having received the item without notifying us of a problem we cannot be held responsible for the damage that has occurred.

 

Stock availability

If there is an issue with stock availability we will let you know as soon as possible. We can then advise on a new delivery schedule, suggest an alternative product or provide a refund.

EU Zone 1: Belgium, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands £12.00

EU Zone 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Hungary, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden £15.00

EU Zone 3: Greece £20.00

Europe, Non EU: Norway, Switzerland £20.00

North America: USA, Canada £20.00

Oceania: Australia, New Zealand £25.00

Africa: South Africa £30.00

South America: Argentina, Brazil, Colombia £30.00

Asia: China, Hong Kong, Japan, Kuwait, Malaysia, Qatar, Russia, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Korea, United Arab Emirates £30.00

Import duties and taxes

Our product prices include UK and EU VAT at 20%.

If you live outside the EU (European Union) we include VAT on our product prices but we pay for all additional import duties and taxes so you do not have to worry. This allows us and our courier partners to deliver your order expeditiously.  

But if you prefer to clear the goods through customs and pay any import duties yourself please email office@thelermonthupton.com within 24 hours of placing your order and we will arrange to refund the VAT.
