Terms and conditions for wholesale and trade customers

Payment
Payment for first orders is due prior to the goods being despatched. On receipt of your order we will advise approximate delivery dates and issue a proforma invoice. Payment for subsequent orders is due within 30 days of despatch of the goods.

Delivery
Delivery times are approximately 2 weeks, commissioned pieces are longer. Please ask if there are special circumstances or faster delivery is needed. Orders from within the UK under £200 will be subject to a delivery and packing charge of £11 or cost whichever is lower. Orders from within the UK over £200 will be delivered free of charge. Orders from outside the UK will be subject to postage and packaging at cost. Thelermont Hupton use Royal Mail / Parcelforce / UPS / Interlink Express / City Link / DPD and couriers for delivery. Unless otherwise agreed in advance local taxes and import duties for deliveries outside the EU will be paid by the customer.
